ross racing engines Got supplied wrong parts , refused to help or take back niles Ohio
Last Summer I ordered a Oldsmobile crankshaft that they remanufactured, told them it was for a stick shift car with 1966 Oldsmobile 400 , showed up for a automatic transmission. I called them about it and they refused to help me unless I paid to ups it there and back even though it was their mistake , I reluctantly had that fixed locally out of my pocket. That was the LEAST of my problems, when it was installed in block we discovered it was for a TOTALLY different year, size engine/stroke combination, we called them again at that point and informed them of their SECOND mistake which could NOT be addressed locally and they refused to help me in any way. This was a waste of $608 plus my money I spent here and my time. I am retired and throwing away over $600 doesnt make me feel real good, I am ill and this makes things tough for me. I wish I had NEVER doen business with these guys and now I have to spend another $600 to get the right one somewhere else. Not real happy with their customer NO SERVICE!!
