 I went into the Santa Ana Ca. location to buy a shirt. This shirt was for a wedding and I needed the correct size as the wedding is tomorrow and I wont have time to exchange it if it does not fit. I was told i could not try on the shirt because there was an alarm on it? Are you kidding me? i asked to speak to the manager who I was informed was a lady named Pam. Pam was short with me and rude with me. stating company policy is " you cant try on anything " ???

I was amazed at this and asked her why I should buy a shirt if I dont know if it fits ? She said just bring it back later?

So Ross corporate office is telling all stores to not allow people to try on shirts? if it has an alarm? and to go home and try it on and come back? This is poor customer service and a poor way of keeping customers cmong back to buy more in your stores.

Pam the manager at the santa ana location essentially laughed in my face and I will never return here.

 

Shame on you Ross Dress for Less !
