Roper Systems International [email protected] Dear Sirs, We recently were made aware of a report made against our company by a certain Bobby. He did place an order. He also did not receive the order do to an incorrect address. This was around the 9-11 tragedy. Shortly after this incident, the host, providing for our website went under. As a result our website was down for a few weeks. Some records were lost. We were unable to locate Bobby. He was in the military stationed in Japan. I am sure he tried to contact us but was unable to e-mail us durring those few weeks. What we need is a valid address for him. We will do all we can to make this right. If you have any information, please forward this either by our physical address or send an e-mail. In regards to our company, we are highly respected. We are registered with the United States patent office and are in no way a scam. Of those who use our product, they have a 98% success ratio. We refund the full price to those who do have success. In addition we have accounts with large firms, such as the makers of bleach. We will resolve this issue in anyway we can, Jerry Roper, owner, Roper Systems
