Six months ago we went to the Roomstore in San Antonio and bought a sectional sofa. Two months after we got it the recliner broke. A month later the same recliner is broke again. I called the customer service and asked to talk to someone about this problem.

They gave me a guy by the name of Tom McManaway. He has been of no help to us at all. All he tells us is because it is under a 3 year waranty that we have to deal with this problem. I asked about exchanging the sectional for something that we would not have this sort of problem with and his anwser was that if this was a new car after 6 months you could not take it back and exchange it.

We are not talking about a car we are talking about furniture. Then I talked with him again and he had this really bad attitude and of course I came across with one too. I told him that I had a good mind to take the furniture to the store and leave it on the door step. He then told me that he would get me for littering.

I want to know if that remark meant that he sold us trash. I think they did. I talked to the salesman that sold us the furniture and all he could say was that he was sorry. Well sorry does not fix it and keep it fixed.
