Beware if you think you are wanting to purchase a leather couch from ROOMS TO GO.. Fake Fake Faek leather. If there has ever been a rip off with so many complaints, but nothing ever done about it. It is leather and the word Rooms To Go in the same sentence. These two words don't go together. Google complaints on Rooms to Go and the leather flaking off like dandriff. I have never seen some so rediculous and the company that falsy advertised as a leather couch, then tells you years later you have to take it up with customer service. When you call customer service, they tell you that they are a separate identity. PETA should be very proud of this company because there was no animals injured in the making of these couches. I vow to never support a company like this or any company that sells there product through this company. It is sad that Cindy Crawford even puts her name on this stores products. The fact that I live in MS, where some of their products are made is a joke. Customer service from this company is a joke. They wear you down until you are so frustrated, that you don't pursue it anymore. Thank You Rooms to Go for your great products and poor a*s customer service. It was funny thtat the last thing I purchased and was delivered to me, I met the driver near by, and when he opened the door of his truck, I seen the same couch. I asked what was wrong and he showed me the same issues with the same couch. He called it "Sprayed on leather," and said he brings them back all the time. BEWARE, and GOOGLE the the complaints with this company's great customer service and products.
