On May 2008, the first billing charge of $12.95 for Enhanced Services Billing Inc. was received through AT&T. When it appeared in June 2008, a call was made to customer service that could give no reason for the charge and would not look into it. The billing save phone number 888-300-0549 is for Rocket Communications who I called immediately. They were closed because the company is located on the East coast, but I could leave my name and number for a return call that I did.

The next morning I called and waited for a customer service lady who said that I had signed up on the internet (possibly a win a price deal that I don't remember) and service was implemented. I explained I do not want or use this service and request a full refund. She said it would take two months and a credit would appear. The return call was never received. The customer service lady Emmy is calendared for two months if the credit does not appear.

If necessary, I will report to the BBB. The company's answering machine does offer to opt out of their service; however, you will never receive a credit for back charges. They truly are a spam company.
