Robinson Reagan and Young and Chattanooga Tennessee EPB I had not idea I had a balance on the EPB account until it popped up on my Credit Karma report yesterday. I have not gotten any notice of this bill at all and they turn me over to a collection agency that has not contacted me in any way and then they put it on my credit report. this is not right Nashville and Chattanooga Tennessee
First of all I tried to get Fiber Optic service from EPB in Chattanooga Tn they told me that I owed them money because I didn't turn in my equipment. So, I had to go to the branch and find the woman that I turned my equipment in to and she took care of that and said I did not owe them anything else that this was all a misunderstanding and it is now taken care of. I was very upset that they accused me of not turning in my equipment, when in fact, I did turn in my equipment and then yesterday I got and email from Credit Karma saying a new collection account had been added to my profile. I had no idea what this could have been. Well, it was from EPB saying I still owe them $364.00 and no one contacted me at all. I called EPB and they would not help me. They said they already turned it over to Robinson Reagan and Young.. I have not heard a word from Robinson Reagan and Young about this account. NO CONTACT at all and they put it on my credit report. This is not very good practice for EPB and this attorney's office. Why didn't EPB tell me I still had a balance after I proved to them they did in fact have my equipment. I have been trying so hard to build my credit up and then something like this happens and they will not work with you about it. If EPB had of told me I have a balance I would have already paid this off. I am just disgusted with this whole situation. IT IS NOT FAIR TO US HARD WORKING PEOPLE THAT TRY TO PAY OUR BILLS ON TIME.
