Just for the record I am an active suty military with a Top Security Clearence, a B.S. Degree and Master's Degree as well as just got a clean criminal background check from the OSBI, for a federal job. I would say I am a pretty reliable source of info. Unlike the following indivdual who told me later from her own mouth she could not get a job that did a background check because she has a prior criminal and drug record.

Now it all started when I was new at owning my farm and decided to reach out and help others in need. I was told Roberta Lynn Rocco was in need of help she was staying at some farm as a nurse aid was being kicked out along with her horses. Not knowing any better and not having done a background check "wish i had" :( I  opened my place up to her, giving her the benefit of the doubt. I drew up a basic boarding contract stating I would provide space for her two horses, water, hay and grain. She was responsible for worming, vet care, hoof care etc. It did mention could take care some of the mentioned services for an extra fee but absolutely not without the owner being present! My farm was not going to be held responsible for her animals if something happened and she was not present. This boarding contract was done in barter for the exchange of her youngest horse, Thor. Contracts where signed on June 6, 2011 (STILL HAVE COPIES OF SIGNED CONTRACT AND CAN PROVIDE COPIES), shortly after things started getting weird. First we found out she had been evicted from the resident of:

Second she was telling us at her new roommates place in Norman, OK, her roommates kids where stealing her money. However, once we investigated it we found she was not paying rent. Out of no where in Aug 11 she packed everything she had and left her animals behind and moved to OH to be with some guys she had just met off of Facebook. From Aug to Oct we could not get a hold of her at the end of Oct I was in a terrible accident that left me in a wheelchair for 3 months. I had tried to send her several emails letting her know because of the drought and the added cost of expenses of my injury she had to move her horses at the end of the contract. (CONTRACT STATED COULD TERMINATE CONTRACT AT ANYTIME FOR ANY REASON) When we could not get a hold of her we treated the situation like the horses were abandoned, I contacted the local police and animal humane services and asked what to do in this situation they advised me what the laws where and how to proceed within the laws of abandoned livestock.  

It was the day after my emergency surgery I finally got a message from her stating I had to take them to the vet and have a coggins and health certificate done on her horses so they could be moved. I told her one it was not my responsibility to pay or take her horses to get these service done, second I also informed her of what the police and animal humane services had advised. She got upset and threatened me, my family and farm. Several days later, Lynn hired a transporter to remove her horses from my property, she also had someone else come with them for she never appeared again in person, since her last known sighting in Aug 11. I had the transporter escorted by the local police, reason being I was afraid Lynn would try and steal all my horses and being in a wheelchair left me feeling very vulnerable. I took pictures of her horses and property that was removed from my land and have kept them for my lawsuit to prove all was there and in good condition. I also followed the police and animal humane directions to a T! I am military I pay attention to detail. 

I kept Thor for pmt of the services my farm had completed in the contract, The Norman Police who where also there agreed, he was my legal property! To this day I have the signed contract, bill of sale, original coggins and police report to prove I am the legal owner of Thor (can provide copies of these documents as well). Before the transporter left I warned him of Lynn, two days later he called me back and thanked me. The reason being, Lynn had made the transporter meet in a Walmart parking lot (because she was trying to hid her current location), due to her shady behavior the transporter refused to unload the horses until he called in on the check to make sure it was good. It was a good thing he had, turns out it was a bad check, Lynn made a scene, after she made several phone calls she returned with the cash to pay the transporter.

To this date we have heard nothing from her, we have hired a private investigator in the OH area, where the horses where last seen and unloaded at that particular Walmart.

We are looking for this individual because we have filed a lawsuit against Roberta Lynn Rocco for property damages and slander of my name, as well as, her last landlord.

The reason I am posting this info is because I want to warn and save any other business from this person, Lynn has a criminal and drug record, she states this when she cannot get a job that does background checks.
