Accurate information regarding the many people ripped off by Adventure Aviation and Robert Tissier can be found in the October 2008 issue of the Williamson County Sun courtesy of a reporter by the name of Chad Thomas.  Chad uncovered many, many people ripped off by Robert Tissier, both airplane owners and students seeking education.  As mentioned in the article, I never sued because prior victims reported that Robert Tissier was uncollectable which was why the DA needed to act.

Thank you Bernie for that...Very nice unlike most sorry American people that lie and are disgruntle...I do not want to mention any names..but I will...Lisa Stassi....There is a current federal lawsuit that will prevent people like her from getting onliine after owing me money being angry about it and lying and slandering people.

The truth that I will file a suite now against Ms. Stassi..She owes me $3995.00 that she failed to make good on her contract....This is how we do it...Now slandered again and it opens the door to her remarks about me being a fake Instructor, ripping people off...Where are they? Welll I have the contracts and proof to rebut her in court and win.

I will fight the very last breath of my living soul to collect what she owes me...To my last breath I will fight with an attorney and she will pay me now what she owes......Every dime you owe me I will collect from you in court


Question why didn't you ever file a civil matter?

Answer: Cause you would have lost your case instead you hide behind websites that slander people without proof or cause...well I have all your contracts in my lock box at the bank with your signatures a copy of your check.........

I am sending the original Williamson County Sun article regarding Robert Tissier and Adventure Aviation to Ripoff Report in hopes that they will post it.

I would like to file this rebuttal to clear the name of Mr. Robert Tissier. I filed my report in a haste and made a mistake of accusing the poor guy of ripping me off. Actually, it was a matter of mis-communication because of language barrier. 

Fact is, Mr. Tissier settled all his dues as he explained on his first email to me. I reacted without reading that email first and hastily filing my first report. Therefore, I'd like to recant all the accusations I made against him and apologize for the pain and suffering it might have cause him.

The fact of the matter is, Mr. Tissier is a nice guy and the reason why he wasn't able to respond to my emails is that, he was helping out my people when that disaster came. I said something about him whining about electricity and water... but he did so on behalf of the people affected by the calamity.

Fact of the matter is, Mr. Tissier is in the process of helping our city rebuild - despite the fact that he's getting sick because of the bad climate back hom... and I appreciate him for that. Now I realized that the real Robert Tissier is a nice, helpful and understanding - far from what I(and some) accused him of.

Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience I might have caused Mr. Tissier and his family. I wish him all the best. More power!

For those seeking accurate information pertaining to Robert Tissier, the William County Sun wrote a lovely expose on him around the time of the original incident I complained about.  I figured if I can't get the police to do their duty, I'll get the press to shine as much light on the situation as humanly possible.

I met a nice young reporter and the amount of information he dug up on Robert Tissier shocked me.  Basically, Robert Tissier was running two scams simultaneously and many of those burned had begged the district attorney to prosecute, but he would not. 

Robert Tissier would "rent" airplanes from owners then simply not make the rental payments.  He would not maintain the airplanes so they were, in fact, dangerous to fly.  He also did to others what he did to me.  He would take full or partial payments of cash upfront for lessons then disappear like a fart in the wind.  It's all been reported in the Williamson County Sun.

Why the Williamson County Sheriff won't do anything.  I don't know.  Why Georgetown Police won't do anything, I don't know.  Why Bradly won't prosecute, I don't know.  It's like the Twilight Zone down there.  Robert Tissier's crimes apparently crossed state lines and the police really should have referred the matter to the FBI.   

Is this the same Robert Tissier from Texas? A pilot? Well, I had one Robert Tissier who rented my house back in the Philippines, who owes me money; owes the Homeowner's association some fees and who left a huge electricity bill. If this is the same person that rented my house, here's my letter to you:

Robert Tissier, 

Like a thief at night, you left the house despite what we agreed on. The contract mandates that you submit at least 60 days notice before you vacate, therefore, you owe me 2 months rent. You also owe the HOA monthly due of one month. Not to mention, you are obligated to pay your electricity and water bill. I have yet to check whether you took some of my stuffs with you. When I find out that you stole from me, better hide 'cuz I'm gonna put you in jail. Mark my word!

You are criminally liable dude. You may have gotten away with such scams in the states, but in my country, you will not get away with it. I promise you Rob, I will pursue you everywhere you go and make sure that you pay for what you have done - through the full extent of the law. I will make sure the US embassy knows about what you have done - let the whole country be aware of your scamming activities.

You are a callous person, I'm sure of that! Despite the tragedy that struck my city with the flash floods that killed 500+ people, you go whining about water heater, electricity and ants - while my people can't even wash their dead and bury them. You are a disgrace to the american people I cringe at the thought of you having children!

You have ruined my kids' Christmas one day, your heartless activities will catch up on you, count on that. You see, whatever goes around, comes around. 

In the meantime, enjoy your Christmas in hiding!

This gets so old. I'm right here at the same place. I have not ripped anyone off. Our business went bankrupt and people who had money on account had my number and I spoke wit all of them with the exception of TWO. Ms. S and another WHO VOIDED THEIR CONTRACT PRIOR TO OUR CLOSE. She is just a disgruntled person who has nothing better to do than lash out at people. I wonder how she treats her clients at Happy Trails. She appears to display very bazzar behavior. I am a flight instructor who has never done anything wrong in the FAA's eyes. I operated a successful business 8 years before Ms. S's arrival. I plead with her to take her case to the small claims court, but she refuses because she knows she will lose. So instead she wastes her time with this bologna. Move on Lisa people can see through you by now. You are looking for a court battle
