Susan, I am sorry you got robbed by IDigitech also. I saw your report and researched this pretty good. You have mistakenly complained about the wrong person though. I too lost money on a pair of binoculars around Christmas a few years ago and I sued IDigitech. The company is based out of Florida and operates under the umbrella of RSP Global Operations, LLC. The company is run by a Korean Man by the name of Sean Jung Lee. I was not able to serve him correctly because he left the country and closed down the business. His former employer said he moved back to Korea.

Good luck finding him if he ever comes back to the states.

I am surprised Mr. Frias is not in jail. Reading all this s**t, I am thinking s**t must be his business. I have been upset for a few years after having my money stolen through a company of Robert Frias's called Idigitech. He had a fake website selling electronic products and you could buy them, but you never heard from them again and there was no way to contact them. I was an idiot because I was in a hurry to buy a particular product. It was around Christmas and the site wasn't up for too long. There were a lot of people scammed by this. I found he was connected with this company also, so I am not surprised hearing he is still ripping people off, but why isn't he in jail? I would like to know. It isn't hard to find this information out. It is all over the internet. 

I would strongly suggest researching this Robert Frias (and maybe his buddies) rather than reading this s**t. You can read it first hand. Although this stuff is very entertaining.

I am Greg and I did not post any of this stuff about Robert or Tyde or anyone else in this report. We have actually been trying to get the information corrected or taken off the website. I have no knowledge of the Rebecca person who has made this latest post, but I have a feeling that she is being dishonest and may be responsible for the rash of nasty emails about myself, Robert, Tyde and all of our companies.

Greg is right--Robert Frias and his company www.premieremovies.com are slimy and are a total scam!! Don't do business with them or go to their parties--they will take your money and you will be sorry you went or worked with them!!

I am the real Robert Frias, I am friends with Tyde Pavlinik and an acquaintance of Greg Chubaty. This report was recently brought to our attention and we were all three shocked and amazed that such an erroneous report could be posted about us. We have been in contact with Rip Off Report and are working with them now to correct this information and to find the true perpetrators of posting these falsehoods.

It is clear that Tyde P, a gay man from Iowa somewhere who moved to Newport for a year before being thrown back to the country woods of Iowa has started a personal vendetta against me because he thinks that I was trying to steal his gay lover. I researched this guy to find out why he was making up slanderous things about me and I found out he was living with 4 people, totally broke and was trying to come off as a nice charity guy so he could use people for business advancement. He was selling insurance and said he hated the job and his boss was a total a*****e but he did it because it paid his rent and he was using the copier to print out free flyers for his outside business. He told me that his website HighTyde.net was his primary business as of recent and he absolutely hated his day job. He said his boss was a fricking slavedriver and Tyde wished that he was dead. I have much more to say but I have contacted Tyde and told him to stop his nonsense or I will be forced to publish his doings on over 20,000 website links in the next two days. Tyde, if you are reading this, you need to stop immediately or you will find your name as the top link on Google, Yahoo and MSN on Monday with all of my true accountings and experiences of who you are and what I saw you do. I am sorry if you feel that earning only $500 for selling 4 tickets on New Year's Eve is not worth your while but you have limited pull and are only good with the gay crowd. Please rescind your falsified claims or there will be some serious repercussions. I can do this all day and night and it does not effect me. This will ruin your business and I will make sure that everyone hears the actual truth about you and not stop until they do. The choice is yours, you continue to make mud, you will get caught in the middle of it and we will both be muddy.

Robert Frias .... i thought i told you to never speak to me again after I beat you in court! Apparantly losing in court to me (Newport Beach Superior Court--Small Claims Division) in 2006 wasn't enough. I'll sue you for slander if you keep it up -- and I'll print out these records as proof. Apparantly you filing for personal bankruptcy wasn't enough. (2006) Go ahead check it out! Even your son's mom thinks your a loser and/or too much of a swindler so she filed claim against you for custody. What year was that Rob? Do not speak to me again. This conversation is over. Go ahead and play your childish games and have fun at your geriatric new years party.

Tyde Pavlinik wrote a falsified and angry report against me because his gay lover, Greg Chubaty, had been bothering my close girl friend and I asked them to be nice to her or I would tell the community of their hidden gay lifestyle. The two of them turned angry and scorn like two women in a complete rage. Tyde Pavlinik was caught in the act of making love to his male lover in a Newport Beach Hotel by two of his close friends and he was so embarassed that he felt he needed to immediately move out of the area. I heard of the incident and told a few people that were mutual acquaintances. When Tyde found out about this he called me up and screamed and yelled at me that if I told anyone else, he would ruin my life and make up terrible things about me. He eventually lost his job for drinking and being discriminated against for being gay and he was forced to move back to the midwest with his mother and father. He broke up with his lover, Greg Chubaty over all of this and the two of them threatened to cause harm to me because I accidentally leaked out their secret to a few people. The story the two conjured up about me and an old company I operated was simply a falsified and intentionally hurtful attempt at retaliation.
