Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I have been receiving letters from Law Offices of Mitchell N Kay, to pay on an account that has been paid on, and no receipts were given. (Creditor-RJM ACQUISITIONS LLC, ASSIGNEE/AXSYS NATIONAL BANK).

My grandmother is also being harassed by them also, by phone. We send payment to them directly. Then they say they didn't get payment, or they call before payment is due. Will not leave her alone. She is 87 yrs old.

We are both involved in a class action law suit regarding them. However, we never know who we are to deal with, or pay, or make arrangements with. Fingerhut calls, or they say they are with fingerhut, or axsys, and they want payment. Then we get these letters from the so called collection attorney, etc.

Frankly we do not know who to pay or if we have payed them enough, or if we should even pay them until the class action law suit is setled. They are causing my grandmother a lot of stress. She tells them to call me, yet they don't.

What can we do about this. Should we pay this and to whom? We make payment, example on one of the accounts, we got it paid down to balance of 14.oo. When the next bill came in, after we sent the 14.00, it was for 29.00, what gives. Help. I am submitting copies of the reports on ripoff reports and their collections letters back to them, along with copy of this report, and fair debt collection act
