riderswholesale I purchased a 700 wolverine UTV on october 21st 2013 with a wire from my bank for 7,175.00 they never sent me the utv i called and called BJ but every time he told me it would be shipped out theres no tracking number and it does not come here it is now march 2014 in febuary i demaned my money back but he lies told me the check is in the mail who in there right mind would send a 7,175.00 dollar check in the mail so now i had to hire a attroney from NC to take him to court and he countines to steal from pepole statesville North Carolina
On octocber 21st 2013 .I purchased a 700 utv from riders whole with a wire from my bank of 7,175.00 dollars after months and months of phone calls to BJ mosser and all of his promises that is all bullshit out of his mouth still no UTV . I got sick of him telling me lies so in March 2014 i demanded my momey back he agreed he said the check is in the mail , now I have hired a ATTRONEY in statesville NC and i am fileing a law suit against him hopeful they will go after him on criminal charges as well as civil someone needs to do some thing about this company you have to be Ware riderswholesale and Mosser moto are the same compaines and stealing from thousands of pepole
