Here is the truth about Rick & Marcie Hubble. Slumlords with no regard for anyone except to take your money then try and cause lots of legal issues with you. They refuse to fix their nasty house and are trying to sell this piece of crap for close to $200,000.00 because they did such a horrible remodeling job that they are in debt to the max and have also borrowed money against the house to buy other properties and do the same thing.
The house is infested with bugs and there are meth dealers that live next door. The couple tries to get people to buy this house on a land contract because it doesn't appraise for the large amount of money they are asking for. The couple is leasing this house for 1650.00 a month and has tried to sell the house out from under the lease they have. The previous tenants damaged the house and stole $15,000.00 in furniture from Court.
When I moved in I was lied to continuously and now that I have given my 30 days notice to leave they are going to go lie to the Fairfield County Court and get an eviction notice for spite so they can try and ruin my good credit as we'll as my 20 year old son's good credit whom is a Marine. This couple should be prosecuted for fraud and made to serve a jail sentence. Rick is a Lancaster Fire Fighter so show your support!
