I purchased the Richard Simmons' Move, Groove & Loose vitamins and materials. I received the vitamins and wasn't impressed AT ALL with them, so I just stopped using them....no big deal. But, a month later my checking account had another $32.00 withdrawn for more vitamins which I DID NOT order or receive. So, I called the company and asked that they reimburse my checking account for that amount and mandated that they take me out of their system for future withdrawals. The Customer Service Rep responded with "no problem" and she was doing that right then when we were on the phone. I checked my accout a week later and still no reimbursed, but only to find they withdrew anther $26 for something else, no one could say what all I know I DID NOT order anythem from them. I have asked to speak with a Manager or even an address and the Rep stated someone would call me back. I never received a phone call or any location info. What can I do to get my money back?
