RETRIEVER TOWING Refused to release my car from their truck without a $182 payment; a senior with handicapped card. Internet
On Aug. 17, 2012 I stepped out of a restaurant at the Glisan St. Center only to find my car hooked to a Retriever tow truck. I am a senior citizen, have handicap tag which was displayed, and parked next to the handicapped designated parking space as the handicapped space was already taken.
This is a spot that I am familiar with, visit often. This occurred at 1:20 p.m., well after the lunch hour and on the short side of the lot with only one car, besides mine, parked. The ticket was for overtime parking.
I was blocking no one, was a customer of the restaurant at Glisan Center. The ticket was marked "towing fee." but no towing occurred. The driver was a "know it all", king of the parking lot type, who enjoyed ripping off a handicapped senior. I am outraged.

You have been victimized by one iof the most infamous predatory towing companies in the US! These slimeballs love to prey on seniors and the handicapped! If you have the resources take them to court. They use spotters which is a sure sign of a predatory towing company. These vermin are4 the scum of the earth and the owner gary coe actually has the nerve to run for public office! If you see a spotter call the police and tell them you see a person smoking pot of fondling themselves while watching kids. Works every time and makes their lives miserable! Don't get mad get even!!

Despite what the inevitable towtards will say you were victimized by one of the most predatory towing companies in the nation! In fact the owner, gary coe, is actually running for political office in Oregon! This company uses spotters which is a sure sign of a predatory towing company. Take them to court. It won't cost you anything but it will cost them legal fees! If you see a spotter simply call the police and tell them there is someone smoking pot in their car or looking at kids and fondling themselves. Workd every time and makes their life miserable. Besides most of them are meth heads or ex cons incapable of productive honest work!
