Nicholas Fasci of API LLC (Alpha Phoenix Industries) uses Diet Patch TM to promote a "Free Trial" of Diet Patch, just pay $1.95 s&h and your credit card details are captured and then you enter into a continuity plan where they bill you $90+ recurring billing monthly for a product the real Diet Patch Manufacturer charges $39.95 per month for, pay as you go.
Please note Retailmenot.com has been advised of a fake coupon posted on our page but refuse to date to remove it. This offer is from API, DietPatchToday.com. Diet-Patch.com is the Original Diet-Patch Manufacturer for over 17 years and NOT associated with this marketing company that is scamming people every day, mainly retired or single parents that cannot afford $90!
Stop these companies, buyer beware. Report them to FTC.
We are tired of the phone calls and emails about this company taking advantage of people. Remember the name, Nicholas Fasci, the company - DietPatchToday.com or DietPatchNow.com and several other domains promoting this continuity plan. It's a shame companies like RetailMeNot.com also ignore the warnings and allow fake coupons to be posted on our webpage at their website.
The Ethical Diet Patch company can be found at Diet-Patch.com, in business for nearly 2 decades.
