Resume-now.com Used service once in April of 2016, paid usage fee. Continued to be billed monthly since, unable to cancel service. Internet
Never clearly stated that a membership was agreed to, or that cancellation was required, no receipts emailed for monthly billing, found this by accident when reviewing bank statement.
Notified Chase bank who refunded three months of billing only to never have had service cancelled, as they stated they would, tried calling business, unable to reach by phone.
Third notification today to cancel service. Litigation to follow if no response.
Will be forced to cancel my debit card, wait a week for replacement. This is unacceptable.
