They are real crooks, complete criminals, they never respont to or aloud to talk to not one. They took me for $3,000 work of gold. I had been doing business with them for 2 years; I never think they will do me like this; after I sold them over $100,000 of gold during this time. Later I learn I was complety wrong; is they will just steal from me $800 at month I will not notice; but they got gredy and stole from me $3,000 in just one transaccion
I report this to BBB and nothing happens; They manage to clean all the bad reports.
I am 40 years in the jewelry business and I will allways tell what they are to all the jewelry business around: "real crooks"
