Reportlinker should provide business reports / statistical data etc.

I bough a single-use report; received the report and a regular invoice. Never heard from them again (NOT A SINGLE EMAIL!) and in the menawhile they started charging monthly fees for a subscription I never purchased. €89/month and NEVER get a single email with monthly invoices or a message from their customer service asking why - albeit the subscription - I never entered my accounts!

I only heard from them when I realized the SCAM and notified them to cease immediatly the monthly debit. I said I would have asked American Express for a full refund and by now haven't received any decent refund proposal. Stay away! FRAUDE!
