Rep Tile Brad Arp Chris Ray Ruined my entire floor and ran off. St. George Utah
I hired Brad Arp and Chris Ray (Dba. Rep-Tile) to tile the entire floor in my new home.
Due to their incompetence and neglect they turned my dream retirement home into a living nightmare.
They sent in a crew of complete amateurs, unsupervised and ruined 2000 Sq. Ft. of tile.
The grout was mixed improperly and was a different color from one batch to the next. No two areas were the same color, none of which matched the color I chose.
Tile was installed unevenly leaving large lips everywhere throughout the house.
They wasted numerous tiles by improperly cutting and tossing it in the trash.
When confronted with the disaster they created they refused to do anything about it and just made one lame excuse after another. They walked away leaving me to repair the mess they made.
Moving in to my house was delayed for months while I fought with these incompetent hacks.
I ended up having the grout removed and replaced from every bit of 2000 sq. ft. of tile and dozens of tiles replaced because of their incompetence and lack of integrity.
Do not believe the lies they tell about their great reputation and experience. These guys are not professionals.
They do not know what they are doing and they don’t care. They are what their name implies. REPTILES!
