i really appreciate how the guy from ohio thought this was amusing..calling me an idiot..and just letting the insults fly..that's ok..i can take it..i understand that you think i was rude to the rental company and you being a rental company employee think it's ok to use foul language and tell me i suck..maybe that attitude from you all is why comsumers are beginning to get rude..we're tired of getting screwed..why don't you take yourself down a notch and come into the real world and try having a few manners..i mean, you can catch more flies with honey..and just so you know, i won't be reading any of your rebuttals so you will never have the satifaction of knowing if you're getting to me..and right now, i'm smiling..have a nice day!!!

first of all, who died and made you king? second, watch your FOUL language!!! until you've been a screwed consumer - shut up and collect your wages!! and third, they had my computer for 2 months tyring to fix it..so, i didn't fly off the handle and have melt down..i just got tired of paying for merchandise i didn't have in my possession and when i did get it, didn't work correctly i am requesting now that you drop this and get off my back..people like me make it possible for people like you to have a job..the good news is that i am no longer a customer of rental companies so you or one of your comrades will be without a job soon..and good luck to you!!!

first of all, who died and made you king? second, watch your FOUL language!!! until you've been a screwed consumer - shut up and collect your wages!! and third, they had my computer for 2 months tyring to fix it..so, i didn't fly off the handle and have melt down..i just got tired of paying for merchandise i didn't have in my possession and when i did get it, didn't work correctly i am requesting now that you drop this and get off my back..people like me make it possible for people like you to have a job..the good news is that i am no longer a customer of rental companies so you or one of your comrades will be without a job soon..and good luck to you!!!

wow you are an idiot and i do mean idiot i would love to sit with you and listen to all of your bull s**t i love comedy you are just like the rest of the growing rude consumers who feel it is their right to be rude. i work for a rental company, and let be be the first to say on behalf of all rental employees everywhere you suck. i wont even be nice about you are completely unreasonable they made a mistake, not braeking the computer but renting to your sorry a*s. you should be ashamed of yourself, you deserve a new computer, no you dont you deserve a kick in the a*s, try be nice it is easier then you think try giving the company a chance to fix it without you screaming at them. i could go on all day but well you just arent worth it, i will check back as i know this rebuttle will probably trigger a melt down and i cant wait to read you crazy ravening till then dumb a*s

I didn't make up the rule to send the computer back to Gateway to have it reimaged. Rentway's Gateway customer support line did! The "service center" it was supposedly fixed at was a salesman at the Rentway store. Not only was he a jerk, he was a stupid jerk because he messed up the computer further. I don't want the "same style" of computer. I wanted the new one I was purchasing. The analogy of taking a car to mechanic to be fixed was used by a Rentway corporate big shot. He told me that if I had taken my car to be serviced by a mechanic and the mechanic messed up the car, he would not have to give me a new one. He's right because I would sue the pants off the mechanic and buy a dealership. He's paid to do a job RIGHT. Your people are paid to do things RIGHT & your company guarantees 100% customer satisfaction. Do I sound satified? Does it sound like your people followed the right process to service my computer? SO, WHY DID I LOSE ALL OF MY MONEY & GET NOTHING? I don't want any used merchandise. I didn't pay all of that money to take over payments on someone else's used computer. This wasn't my fault. But I sure paid the price!!!!!

not trying to argue but explain what i can possibly see happened here, we dont send any computers back to gateway to get re-imaged at the most it went to a service center, the money you paid in you can have but toward the same style of computer you cant get it toward a brand new item,im sorry they didnt get your computer fixed for you they should,call 1-800-rentway and talk to the regional, im sure he or she will get your computer taken care of sorry you had a bad experience at rentway.
