The hotel damaged my car in Valet. I trusted my car for a weekend and the hotel refused to pay the $600 in damages done by their valet or show proof that my car had damages prior to being parked. Terrible management, terrible security and terrible corporate. Security tells you to file the complaint when the car is delivered, but once you do, management says they can’t help you and then insults you by saying they have to deal with you, then corporate tells you to get video proof of valet pointing out the damages when they took the car from their claims department, which was supposed to be sent by security to claims. I asked to see this video proof but was told they can’t show me the video. What does that tell me? They have no video! Bad customer service and will not stand behind customers. All lies to save themselves $600, which we spent more than double that to stay in their dingy, old hotel for the weekend.
