A few weeks ago, I received a white paper booklet from Remedy Health Media. I did not order this booklet and did not want it, so I mailed it back to Remedy Health Media at the return address that was provided. A couple days ago, I received an invoice for the booklet. On the invoice's unopened envelope, I wrote "Delivery refused. Return to sender" and I mailed it back. Now I am waiting to see if this company continues to bill me for this unsolicited material.

After receiving several monthly bills for a publication I did not order and I returned to Remedy Health Media, in July I received a letter from a collection agency called North Shore Agency of Old Bethpage, New York. I sent North Shore Agency a certified letter disputing the charges and advising them to not contact me again.
I believe Remedy Health Media is sending out unsolicited publictions as a way to defraud people and they are targeting senior citizens. I further believe that North Shore Agency is working in collusion with Remedy Health Media and is their partner in crime. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau against North Shore Agency, and there I found many other complaints about this company fraudulently billing for unsolicited publications and magazine subscriptions.

I received another invoice this week for the unwanted, unsolicited paper they sent me. I returned the invoice to them unopened.
