Registration Office misleading illegitiimate company refuses to respond and refund $ ripoff Nashville Tennessee
Warningscam company report! I would like to inform consumers about an illegitimate companyso others will not be fooled into their scam.

My son fell for their misleading ad he thought he was signing up for the Civil Service exam that would enable him to get a job at the post office so he paid the outrageous fee of $98. We were suspicious so we talked to the Post Office and found out it was a scam nothing to do with the Post Office Just a little book that is supposed to help you study for the exam.
We immediately contacted the company to let them know we changed our minds and did not want their book. Any legitimate company would have refunded our money. We had immediately faxed our request, left 3 phone messages on their bogus phone message system and sent a certified letter (which was signed by Betty Thompsonso I know they got it.)
In spite of all these requests they did not respond and they sent us this worthless little book anyway. We returned the book certified mail and called again to give them one more chance to refund our money. No response of any kind!
We knew this was a scamno legitimate company would do thisso we decided to try to expose this scam to the public so they would not be able to steal money from others. I hope this message will reach others before they are also taken advantage of!
