I ordered Regenere Skin Cream for $4.95 for a Free Trial. No where on the sign up page did it say i would be charged $89.92. 

After 2 weeks i was billed $89.92. I live on a fixed income and this is my grocery money. I callled the company today and asked this charge be refunded into my checking account. Agent #146 told me he could only refund 35% of the cost. He had me pull up on their website. At the very bottom of the webpage under Terms and Conditiions it states this charge BUT not on the sign up page. He wanted to argue with me during the entire telephone conversation. I asked for a supervisor and he said he was a supervisor.

I explained I would be reporting him to the BBB and asked for his business mailing address.  He refused to give this to me. He explained I had 2 options. First, I could return the product and pay the postage along with a restocking fee of $9.95. I had until 11/18/16 to get the product there. He discouraged this saying I did not have enough time to mail this. Second, he would refund 50% ($44.96) within 6-8 days and I could keep the product.

He was obviously very nervous about me contacting the BBB. I agreed to the second option and I am short on my grocery money this month.
