So, do you blame VISA if the TV you purchased doesn't work? Digital River does payment processing for other companies, they're not responsible for how quickly something arrives, or whether it works when it gets there. Instead of filing the complaint against the actual software company, you've filed the complaint against the 3rd party payment processor.
