I received a phone call on Dec.16,2002. From this credit card company. I gave them my electronic bank account number. I immediately called them back and told them I changed my mind. They told me my money $221.95 would be refunded. I have contacted them several times. They even sent me a form to fill out. I filled out the form on Jan.29,2003. I called them several times.
When I called all day the answering machine said " the circut is busy now call back. I never got through. I called again at 2:45 pm. Then I was told please call back between the hours of 8to 3pm. eastern time. It does not matter because I could still not get through. Please if you can help in any way. On the form they sent they said they would have to deduct $24.95 for a processing fee. This is a rip-off. Please close them down. Thank you,
