Reebok Fitness aka Icon Health and Fitness is a complete ripoff, do not buy ANYTHING from them Logan, Utah
We replaced our ten year old elliptical with a new Reebok T 7.90. All the electronics are run by batteries, but the box has information about ordering an adaptor to plug in. After ordering I found that the hole to plug it in does not have an actual electrical connection (which was apparently left out). Before I could call Reebok, the whole unit began to jump and there was no resistance. The troubleshooting said to tighten the belt and I followed it.
The belt is tight, but no better. All of this with the FIRST MONTH of ownership. I've tried to call "Customer Service" three times this week and after waiting on hold an hour each time I could not wait any more and had to give up. I sent an e-mail, but have not heard back. I'm sure it will be an argument, but I'm returning this assembled unit to the place I purchased it this weekend and they WILL take it back!
Do not make this same mistake and go through this much hassle and pain; do not purchase anything from the Icon Health and Fitness conglomerate, selling under many different names, including Reebok. The company does not care to stand behind their products and there are many other reputable companies that will appreciate our business.
Icon Health and Fitness sells products with the following names:
HealthRider, Image, Nordic Track, ProForm, Reebok, Weider, Weslo, iFIT, ICON, ICON Canada
Beware of all these names, same uncaring parent company.
