When I received the FINAL documents from REDWEEK crafted by their employees Lorna Quijano and Mark Hutchinson I was required to pay in advance the annual maint fees. I called the timeshare group RCI and they said the 2019 dues were not payable yet.

RED WEEK and its CEO straightened out all my problems. I am now happy with REDWEEK.
