I have contacted redbubble.com to remove my name from their data and they didnt attempt to do so..Their answer was they cant...

This is only website on entire internet that when u leave coment on others work your name stays after account is cancelled indefinitly..

What that mean is  when someone google APHOTO4YOU, and select images their members images and Redbubble will come under my name aphoto4you and they get free advertisement due to the fact that i left coment on some members work 2 years ago...

None of the images that come in search under APHOTO4YOU has anything to do with me my website or my images and they are not my images...

..ofcourse  i am losing thousand of dollars business when customers google aphoto4you images and find redbubble.com

I like my name removed from their data...This is lame site if they cant reconfigure their system..They know how but they ignore the fact cause they want intentionaly free advertisement

Well constructed website woudnt have that kind a data where your name is still in use after u left the site...i am on many sites and when i left my name left too..I know this is done intentionaly to everyone not just me...so when members leave they can get free advertisement under ex members where ever they are...

I build my own site and cost me lots of money to maitain just to give redbubble business...Maybe this can be stopped.

They have no phone number in CONTACT US nor they have regular email address..U have to post in forum publicaly or not..

BE AWARE OF SITES that dont have phone numbers....and ofcourse they are in Australia, thinking they are hiding under Australian law....while in fact they are breaking International Law and privacy law maybe..

No obligation...

I'm sorry, but that company has no obligation to remove your name from their website.  On top of that, they have no incentive to do so... in-fact, they have an incentive to do the opposite.

Your only recourse would be to practice search engine optimization to take back the top spot.

As for lost money... i don't buy it. Lets first look at it logically... someone knows enough about you to know your exact domain name but is really going to go to some other website to do business? No, that makes no sense. Besides, your website (and websites linked to yours) hold the top 4 slots.

This is in no way a ripoff.
