The Red Pocket Mobile has deactivated my sim without any prior intimation.When i called the customer service they said that it has been deactivated by them for upgradation and they are going to send me new sim in a week.It was done on June 6th 2015 but I dint receive my sim.I tried to reach them after a week they said they are going to send in 5days again.but today its 25th june 2015.i did not receive any sim.when i reached them even today by customer chat they are saying that they are going to send the sim again it takes aother week.

 All these days I lost my calls,netbanking service which is linked to this number.Am a Student where I need a mobile when I go out to reach anyone.I do not have alternate sim even to use.Its huge loss to me for all these days.so please help me out to report on redpocketmobile for there bad service.
