It is true , the 18ft Esprit purchased is sold lower than most other , if not all other retail outlets . what is not true is why .... we participate in volume purchases every year ( over 20,000 pools ) which allow for significantly lower purchase prices than others can get the product for . We pass this savings on to the consumer and proudly advertise our low price guarantee . The pools are ALL NEW , with full warranties and without exception ARE NEVER seconds as the consumers comments . All our staff are trained to sell in an exact manner and we NEVER tell a customer any product may be returned . It is true ... all sales are final , and this is put on the invoice for the customer to read , sign at the sales counter and again sign a SECOND time when the product is received . We have experienced problems in the past with pools where damage has occurred to the poolw wall or the liner which cannot be determined until the pool is built and full of water . Resultant problems from this are horrendous . Pools are never returned . Perhaps buyers remorse is better fit here but certainly nothing the store has done then or will do in the future will be different . We fully stand behind our product , warranties and guaranties . Retail business is a competitive one and the pool selling season is short . Other stores will give contradictive information in the hopes of making a sale and confuse the consumer in some cases . We take great pride in our sales presentations and fully explain all parts of the product and the sale price of the pool . Staff are commissioned and of course are rewarded only once the product has been delivered . This pool was sold correctly by the salesperson in all ways . The consumer is incorrect in their opinions and we would be glad to review this situation or any other one with prospective buyers , current or past .
