 On March 1st 2017 approximately 2:05 17 am my tax refund was deposited to my ready account card, upon me withdrawing money the same morning my card was declined I had to wait until the customer service line was available because they are in India and there is a time frame difference, once their offices were open it took over 20 minutes to speak with a representative and then I was notified that my card was restricted with my entire tax refund unavailable to me until I was to send in proof of identification Social Security utility bill and tax preparation forms of how I received this money, I did so the same day which was March 1st 2017 and then was notified that they did receive the documents however it would take 24 to 48 hours for their review specialist to review the documents.

Today is March 5th 2017 and the review specialist has yet to review the document and approve the Restriction lifted off my account holding a very large sum that the IRS has already approved and verified that I was old this money, my bills are overdue some of them are even elapsed I have no food to feed my 3 children and this company has nothing they can do to assist me but have me to continue waiting even over the time frame between 24 and 48 hour rule that they created and has already elapsed, I have borrowed money from family and friends to get by hoping that at one point after the 24 or 48 timeframe limit that the funds will be available and now that is not even sufficient and I owe alot of people. Now my card and money is restricted to me but they have also received their monthly fee which was Taken 2 seconds after the deposit was posted and also a fee of a balance inquiry, I feel as if if my money is not available to me it should not be available to them as well seeing as how they have to verify before any funds are released. I have never in my life had any issues with credit cards or debit cards before as I am having with this one and it has made my life a living hell as well as made my children unsafe unfed and basically looking at the Sole Provider of our family as if I can't provide for them because of this situation dealing with this scam or scam that the card company is getting away with. I have been crying everyday since March 1st I'm overwhelmed with grief anger and not to mention the sad look of my children's face everyday when I tell them there is no money yet. My eldest 14 year old son has even acted out in school having two teachers to call me on the phone in the same day which was March 1st because of his behavior for dealing with this situation concerning our tax refund on this my ready debit card, and I have not had any calls from his teachers or administration's from the school and the entire year concerning him or anything in a negative manner.

This company should be taken off of the internet and business should be shut down the receptionist are not very clear or can pronounce English words to be assisting consumers concerning their funds. I've spoken with several supervisors and they can't do anything further to assist me I don't understand what power of position that they hold if they can assist me being the supervisors that the only person that can help me is the review specialist and they're always busy or not available and clothes during the hours that even the customer service hotline is available. I would never use this company or card again nor would I referred them to anyone. I urge anyone that is reading this to stay clear of these foreign car companies that only seek to harm u.s. citizens concerning their funds deposited to this account or even loaded. thank you for anyone who is reading this for your time sincerely , damaged sanity...
