RDM Land & Development The Building Group, and RDM Real Estate Very unethical behavior West Jordan Utah
I've worked with RDM and Don Mathews for years. Believe me when I say he is an unethical person. I learned this recently in all the bad business dealings he has around the Salt Lake Valley. He has multiple LLCs that he creates and then takes high rate loans from others. He then doesn't intend to pay them back. In fact, his own son did the similar things for many years and now is out of business. I know this details because I know Don very well.
Ask other builders in the industry if you don't believe me. They will tell you all kinds of stories on his bad home building, bad land deals and shady practices to get developments approved by Utah cities. Don sits on the Utah Home Builder's Association. Nobody on the board or the association likes him because his practices undermine integrity of the Utah HBA.
I recently quit after learning of all these practices. He will say I was fired, but it doesn't matter. He is very unethical and should be prosecuted for his shady practices. Stay away from RDM Land & Development, The Building Group, and RDM Real Estate are a few of his companies you should avoid. He will create more. Believe me every land development he has is under a different LLC for a reason.
