First off i want to say thank god for this website, if it was not for badbusinessbureau.com i would be out almost $1500. The story goes that i recieved a letter though the mail stating that i recieved $1600, in savings, and that i was lucky enough to attend a Ramada's Cruise, and hotel accomidations in Vegas, Florida, and god knows where else. I passed really bad judgment and decided to call for the hell of it to see what the letter sent to me was about. The next thing i know some lady gets on the phone and tells me how great everything is, and how it's so much fun, and offered all these great package bonus's if i sign up today.

Not thinking, and being lead with persuasion i graciously gave her my credit card number and was charged $600. Half way though the conversation reality hit me, and i told her that i wanted to decline the purchase. All of a sudden a different lady comes on the phone and tells me how could i ever turn down so much, and gave me a guilt trip with along making me feel that i was making a really bad decision on cancling the package. She offered another package with it, and i though hell why not, if there giving me this much so far the savings i calculated were famonimal.

That night i surfed the net to get more infomation on what i was getting for my buck. then low and behold, i find a link to this website. i could not believe how many bad reports there were. it was past ten at night and the line for the costumer service was closed, and i felt completely helpless knowing that i had just purchased an expensive trip and it was a complete rip-off. that night i would not sleep, i tossed and turned knowing that if in the morning i couldn't cancel the trip i would be out a lot of money. thankfully though since i found this website the same day i purchased it they have a 72 hour cancelation period. only 72 hours! And even when i talked to customer service rep. he was throwing all kinds of bonus's and promotions at me so that they could rip me off, and make me feel that i'm getting a steal. I strongly declined his offer, and thankfull got all my money refunded.
