Hey I am sorry for your misfortune, however I will do my best to make sure I share as much info. as possible. michelle was done wrong and bless her heart, she got her money back and is still trying to help other people. although I haven't recieved my money yet. I promise to continue to help everyone just like Michelle.I to wrote Florida Dept. of Agriculture,and they sent a complaint to Ramada ,and said I would here back within 30 to 60 day's. I also recieved a letter from my Governer who told me that the State Attorney's office was in talk's with Ramada, and this matter would be resolved , with my best interest in mind. Although it took a lot of patience I think now I will get my money back!! Go to Michelle from Conn. complaint and talk to the people she recomend's like Mr. Bronson at the Dept. of Agriculture this is a good source he respond's fairly quickly!!!! GOOD LUCK and Michelle help me warn everybody about RAMADA because what they are doing to people is wrong!!!!
