RAMADA PLAZA RESORTS DIDN'T GET A CHANCE TO RIP ME OFF.
I called to find out about the details of the "Free Vacations" or so I thought it was a free vacation. They had sent me a check voucher for $1600 dollars. So I am thinking wow great. So I call in and talk this gentlemen and he put me on hold, while I was on hold I did a search from msn.com on Ramada Plaza Resorts and it came up with the Bad Business Bureau report with numerous scam messages. So I asked the guy if I ha to put a $300 deposit down, and he said "Where did you hear that" I told him that I am looking at a copy of the bad Business Reports, he told me to hold and then I got a lady on the phone who said she did not appreciate me telling her reps that information. She then said my voucher was no longer valid and hung up on me. I called back cause I was interested in finding out the details myself. So she called me while I was on the line again with a different lady and told me it would do no good for me to call again that the voucher was no longer valid and I didn't even get a chance to tell her anything and she hung up on me again. The I talked to the other lady and she put me on hold and that same lady came back on the phone and said the trips would cost me $1500 per person that my voucher wouldn't be valid. So if I had the voucher I would be spending $1400 for 2 people. What a RIP OFF. These people are so rude on the phone especially this B__CH. I recommen noone even deal with them.
