If Ramada Plaza Resorts calls hang up! They will rip you off
Ramada Plaza Resorts stole $600 from our family. When you think of Ramada Inns you think you're dealing with a reputable firm. This does not seem to be the case.
I put six hundered down on what seemed to be a great vacation package. After we got the information in the mail we found some differences between what I heard the salesman on the phone say we were getting and what the info in the package they sent said we were getting.
My wife thought that it wasn't worth the money and I called to get a refund. Boy did I get the run around. I was told I couldn't get my money back.
I even threated them that I would report this to the state and federal district attorney. So, to make a long story short I called my state DA office and they were no help and we are out $600.00.
My wife knew this was a scam and she also called and insisted they refund our money, but she got nowhere. After doing the research that I should have done prior to giving them my credit card number, I realized I would lose even more money if I took the vacation. It's hard to believe that Ramada Plaza Resorts can steal so much money from so many people and get away with it.
