We purchased a Ramada Plaza Resorts Orlando Ft Lauderdale Vacation package in 2007. At the time of purchase we received a gift card to use to buy merchandise as a bonus and received the worst customer service when our products did not arrive to us - at this time we requested our money back due to the poor service we were experiencing and were concerned that this was just the start of a bad experience yet to come with the package -
We were told as good faith that not only would we get our 2 free passes to Universal Studios but that we would also get 2 free passes to Disney - when I called to extend our trip the rep said she could not find any notation of free disney passes that I must look into that when we arrive.
We were told we can not get a refund at all - and we can not afford to take this trip due to my losing my job shortly after getting the offer.
It is just my husband working full time - and we can not afford to take this trip - we have tried to sell it and no one wants it and we just want our $798 returned.
We feel we are entitled to this at least -
