Rainsoft Sold equipment that does not work as promised, two units replaced still does not work Elk Grove Village Illinois
Purchased two units from this company years ago along with their RO system, just a headache, replaced major appliances due to their faulty systems, should have kept the old unit we had because it worked, their new $7000 system and their $2000 iron filters look like huge tanks that just sit there and do absolutely nothing, on our second water heater and the sediments are still clogging everything. If you sign up for their maintenance plan they guarantee the unit will function properly, this was not mentioned when their sales person initially sold the units, all of them - so it is additional on top of expensive filters, etc. we have been totally ripped off and no one wants these things, they don't even service them, a total piece of
