Rainbow Rentals Nashville TN ripped me of my computer
To Whom it May Concern,
This is mostly a customer service complaint against Rainbow Rentals located at 3725 Nolensville Rd Nashville, TN 37211. From them I rented a computer and was paying on it for approx. 1 year. When I first got the system, the rep told me that i could drop the payments in the drop box after hours. Little did i know, i was being charged a late fee. Before long I was behind on the payment. Also I moved without notifying Rainbow Rentals.
1) They waited until I got several months into the payments and then defaulted the agreement. This has also happened to other i know who have gone to this same company. The man I spoke with, Chuck, stated that he wanted to merchandise back so it could be resold. The whole time they were trying to get the merchandise back, they were still accepting payments.
2) Someone from the company came by the house and saw a for sale by owner sign in the yard that had my mother's cell phone number on it. They left an ugly message on the phone and when she called back they were very insulting. Thinking he was talking to me, Chuck, asked her if the computer had been sold for drugs or pawned. I do not know whether or not this was intended as a racial thing or not, but it was still very insulting.
