Radiant Revive Free Trial guarantees auto ship of two products more than $80 each with no clear indication that this is the case. No way to contact company from web site.
Signed up for "free" trial of $4.85. Two weeks later have two charges on credit card, one for $89 and the other for $87.00. This autoship policy was not clearly stated. Web site provides no address or phone number. Found the contact phone number from another user of your site: 855-633-0203. Called them; had to be persistant and clear. Took 10 minutes to get a full refund.
They will tell you that in the "terms and conditions" (which is so lengthy no one reads), we had 14 days to return the samples and close the account. Continulously respond with request to have charges refunded and account closed. I had to listen to this explanation 3 times and then asked for a supervisor. At that point they offered a 25% refund. I said "NO". Then they offered, 50%, then 75% and finally 100% refund.
They agreed to refund both charges 100% and cancelled both accounts, giving me two different cancellation numbers. These "customer service" operators are well trained in dealing with upset customers. Do not agree to anything but 100% refund and full cancellation. Will amend this report when charges are actually refunded to credit card. Told them I was making my bank aware of the fraudulent charges as well as the Massachusetts Attorney General.
This is a scam!

855-633-0203. Please list the phone number for radiant revive in the title. This way everyone can reach them.
Follow UP: They did remove the charges from my credit card.
