Like many before me, I signed up for a free trial, agreeing to pay for the shipping. A month later a received a second set and was concerned and went online to see the outrage voiced by so many others. Arghhh! I was able to find a phone number for the company (855-633-0203) and after several tries reached an operator who proceeded with many attampts at keeping my busines by first offering me a 30% discount, then a 50% discount and finally a 50% discount for life. Each time I said no thank you, that I did not sign up for the auto fill products and did not want them at all. The only thing they would agree to was to cancel, as of now. I even talked to a manager. I asked how much I was billed and was told $88.47 which I was furious about but not surprosed because I had read the other complaints before my call.
Then I contacted my credit card to see if they could help and I got agrier. My cc company was willing to help me dispute the charge and during the discussion I found out that I had been charged 4 times for a total of $356.84!!! Radiant Revive even charged me for product that were never even received. As if the initial scam was not bad enough!
Please do not do business with this company. They are deceitful and sneeky and do not stand behind their product. I was adamantly told that there are no returns. Really? In this day and age? Radiant Revive is on my bad list and I would be happy to join with anyone wanting to pursue legal action against them.
