Quik Park, Claims Dept. Damaged new truck while parked in their garage denied claim New York New York
I was referred to this parking garage from the Belvedere Hotel while in NY. I took my new truck to the garage, without any damage, and left it with the attendant to park it.
When I returned to retrieve it, I noticed scrapes down the side which were not there when I brought the truck to the garage.
I showed it to the attendant and he tried to tell me that it was there when I brought the truck in - lie, lie!!
He gave me a claim check, and I called to report this incident when I got home.
I just rec'd a letter from the claims dept stating that they had investigated the claim and accepted no responsibility. This truck had never had any damage on it until it was parked in their garage.
