Purely organic Product ordered for shipping charges. Billed 180.00 in spite of notifying them that I had experienced an allergic reaction and cancelled auto ship. Was informed that it was a 14 day trial and the date of order begins said trial and whether you like it or not you are charged far more than retail cost of product. Returns refused... total scam!! Very angry that information was all”fine printed” that you were spending such a sum for the product. Internet
Ordered products for shipping charges. They begin 14 day trial on date of order. Long and short of it - ordered; canceled due to allergic reaction to product. Returns refused and since I notified them beyond their 14 Day calculation I have been charged $180 for 2 products that could have been purchased retail for less than half of that cost. Disliked product and customer service even more so.
