Pure Release Cream The ad indicated there was a 14 day free sample. Two weeks later I was charged $90. Greensboro North Carolina
When I called to indicate that I did not want to commit to this product as I have others I like better, I was advised that I had checked a box online that indicated I intended to continue using and paying for the product. And because I did not call them to cancel within 14 days of receiving it. That was never presented to me. I would not have agreed to such a deal. After being on hold for a L O N G time the responder grudgingly agreed to refund 35% of the $90. I asked where she was located so I could file a report with the Better Business Bureau, she responded she is in California. NOT, they are located in North Carolina.
