Publisher Payment Center wrongfully charged Phoenix Arizona
I was mailed a bill for a subscription to a magazine that I did not want or subscribe to. I was contacted by a company representative who explained to me that I could not discontinue the subscription but I could change my magazine selection. The cost of the subscription is $59.52.
