Public Storage and Moving Sheduled a moving company to move furniture Charlotte North Carolina
We hired Public Moving and storage to move my daughter to California From Arkansas. On July 20, 2017. Some moving guys in a rental truck from Missouri showed up , picked up all her belongs and left. My daughter was told numerous times that her belongings were on a truck to Calif. She would call Public moving and storage and be on hold for two hours. A gal named Brandi was the only person that would answer the phone and lie through her teeth. I called many times and my fiance called too. Now Seven months later we asked the Charlette Police to drive by and see if the company was there and if they could help us. The officer said hire an attorney. My daughter was in the process and called the police once again to check the company out because they were not answering the phone any more. The officer reported that the company was gone and in its place was an IRS office. My daughter was heart broken. Her father had died in an accident a few years eariler. All the pictures and momentos she had from her father were with her belongs. This is the lowest most hurtful thing any human being can do. The pain of losing her father and then losing pictures and other things from him has crushed her. If someone knows anything about this company or where in Missouri her belongs ended up PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE come forward and help us.
