Psydo Surge After ordering the first cream for a low payment, the second product was on the order form, which I was not given a choice to decline the second offer. Soon after, there was a high transaction on my credit card without my knowledge. Fountain Valley, CA California
My girlfriend and I were on Facebook, and saw the ad for Psydo-Surge cream, I ordered the trial bottle of the cream for a low price, and then I saw the add-in trial for Eyes Only, but there was no place on the order form to decline the Eyes Only offer. I just checked the transactions on my credit card, and noticed the $92 charge for those products.
I am going to get in touch with their customer service in the morning, asking for a complete refund before I contact my attorney. If they refuse to give me the refund, I will certainly file a lawsuit and I am certain I will put the company out of business and receive several million for defrauding me. Forced me to buy another product I did not want.
