Providian Emerge ripoff Atlanta Georgia
I dont even know where to begin but we consumers need help !!!! Providian did not tell its customers about the sell then i get a statement about this emerge mastercard and now a late fee and memebership fee is added and also the ontime payments I make are not credited, and they have jacked up my interest to 29.99% and also changed my due date in their computers but my statement shows different
I have called more than 30 times in 8 weeks and I have been put on hold for 45 minutes at a time and then when i do get through to see what the problem is they are vulgar! since november they have added 800.00 to my account in fees I have no clue as to why i wrote a letter to the ftc hoping for some help I have done research and this company has no web site!
also they have never sent a card like they said and i was always good ontime paying customer of providian someone has got to investigate millions of americans are being intimidated and ripped off by this company !!! Something is seriously wrong I have never dealt with anything like this in my life but I will not give up either i will fight this all the way Beware of these people ...
